1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 5o minutes or until 2cm of center is almost set. Cool chill, top with fruit topping if desired. Makes one 9 inch cheesecake. (adjusted from original recipe at Cooks.com)
Notes: This was very easy to make with equally delicious results :) I think I might halve the sugar in the Graham cracker crust next time. The cheesecake is sweet enough by itself.
