Neil's 30th and an excuse to spritz up the place for summer! For just over 100 bucks I managed to surprise him with a transformed balcony and we got to kick back, island style :)The best part of the transformation for me was getting a Martha Stewart look without paying through the nostrils: reed fence $23, beach mat $14, IKEA table $39, outdoor cushions $30, place settings $10... loving it!
